Move the Recovy Gun+ vertically, starting below the hip to right above the knee cap
While seated, move the Recovy Gun+ from the top of the calf to above the feet

Target specific areas of tension around the forearm using the Recovy Gun+ fork attachment.
Move the Recovy Gun+ to reduce tension. Apply pressure to comfort level.
